Accessibility audit toolkit
Automated checks catch perhaps a third of real problems, so the toolkit makes the other two thirds reproducible too.
Automated accessibility testing is worth having and worth being honest about. It reliably finds about a third of the issues a real audit finds, and it will never once tell you that an alt text is meaningless.
What is automated
- Contrast, on every text and boundary token pair, computed rather than eyeballed.
- One h1 per template, and no skipped heading levels.
- Every interactive element has an accessible name.
- Focus is never obscured by the sticky header.
